The Leading Ladies Awards Brunch is an event that celebrates women making a positive impact in their professional lives and communities.  In addition, raising money to help us continue offering Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama’s (GSSA) leadership programming throughout Southern Alabama.  More than 49% of the girls we serve do so at no cost to their families because of your support.  Investing in girls is key to ensuring our future leaders’ success.

The Leading Lady nominees are selected for their demonstration as a positive influence on girls in our community.

The Leading Workplace for Women award recognizes an organization that supports girls' and women's leadership and success. Organizations that support and encourage women leadership are important to Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama and are paramount to our mission.
